How fast do items ship?

Items typically ship in 48 hours or less. Out of stock items may take up to 2 weeks, but we will let you know before hand if the item is out of stock.

How fast do you respond to e-mailed questions?

You can expect to receive a response within 24 hours. All emails are answered in the order received. Our office is open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm MST. Emails received on the weekend will be answered by Monday afternoon.

Do you send the items in gift boxes?

Yes, each item we send gets boxed in its own jewelry box.

Many of your rings only come in one size, why is that?

Precious Metal Rings can be sized to fit any finger. As such, you can have a local jeweler match your ring so that it EXACTLY fits your finger size.

What if I want to return the item I have purchased?

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then return it to Luxurien for a full refund. We ask that you pay for the shipping expense to return it to us. Once we have the item back we will issue the refund for the complete purchase price. After 30 days there will be a 15% restocking fee.

How can I pay for my jewelry purchase?

We will accept any form of certified funds. This includes Credit Cards, PayPal, Certified Check, Money Order. We will also accept personal checks, but we will not ship the item until the check clears the bank.

What if I want to exchange the item I have purchased?

Ship the item back to us and we will send you out the new item you have requested. If the new item is more expensive then the original item, you will need to pay the difference before the new item will ship.
